FarLook ™ works directly with its clients at all levels of the organization.

We work on-site, where the work is performed and the opportunity to increase value rests with the employees.

As process improvement specialists, we are in a powerful and responsible position to influence an individual, group, or organization to change.

However, we have no direct power to make changes or to implement programs. 

The direct responsibility for management decisions always rests with the manager or supervisor involved.

Therefore, we do not act as a substitute line manager.

The client expects, and FarLook ™ enables, permanent change.

Using a client-tailored continuous improvement program,  change comes in two forms.
At one level, we work to create change of a structural, policy or procedural nature.

Working hand-in-hand with the client's people, FarLook ™ uses a cross-functional  (across departments and remote locations) approach that is focused on:

    higher levels of service to customers.
    improved quality,
    increased performance, and
    reduced costs

The second and more important form of change concerns the need to create the necessary behavioural shift to:

    manage change,
    accelerate change, and
    ensure perpetuation.
