working with supervisors, helping solve complex problems, and selling change. The need to handle these many demands simultaneously and effectively would overtax the capacity of one individual. The team approach provides the synergistic basis for dealing with all of a project's complications effectively. Confidentiality, ethics and professionalism are of the utmost importance. Executives, directors, managers, supervisors and employees share confidential and privileged information with FarLook. Our consultant's cannot betray this trust. For strategic and competitive reasons, clients choose not to publicize the fact that they have engaged the services of FarLook. We will not divulge any information without first obtaining a client's permission. Our consultants are required to respect this requirement both inside and outside of the client's premises and at all times.
